to apply for the job

We are now starting a new operation within general psychiatry in Örebro, a specialist psychiatric care team, known as a SPOT team.

SPOT is a person-centered and flexible form of care that provides benefits for the patient's well-being when frequent care interventions can be provided at home. This form of care also allows for increased support and contact with the patient's relatives. Providing support at home enables the patient to continue living a more independent life in their home environment even during periods when their well-being declines. For others, it may mean the opportunity to return home earlier from hospital care. When the patient's condition improves and the team's intervention concludes, the patient returns to their regular outpatient contact within psychiatry.

The care model is flexible, allowing patients in a more acute phase to receive daily home visits with individualized health and medical care interventions: qualified support conversations, for example for suicide prevention, medication adjustments, and assessments. The team consists of a doctor, nurses, and nursing assistants with a focus on psychiatry.

We are currently looking for a psychiatric nurse for a position as a clinical quality nurse.
